Celebrate at the Boathouse

The Boathouse at Bridgeway Lakes is open for rental throughout the year, with some limitations in the summer, fall and holidays. With its beautiful setting next to the lake and location within Bridgeway Lakes Park, this is an ideal venue for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, meeting, intimate weddings, or other gathering. This location is ideal for smaller gatherings of 75 guests or less, parking is limited, and spots are shared with park users.

The facility includes access to a refrigerator, ice machine, sinks, exterior private restrooms, and a large patio along the waterfront with seasonal fountain. Spaces available for rent are the Community Room and/or Patio but only allow for one event at a time within those spaces.  The Community Room can accommodate up to 75 guests. The Room and Patio can accommodate up to a maximum of 100 guests. The Boathouse includes nine 60-inch round tables, ten 6-foot rectangle tables, and 75 chairs.

Bounce houses are only allowed in the park. If you are wanting to include a bounce house an additional park rental and extra insurance are required.

You can submit your completed Reservation Application and Rules and Guidelines Form (Form 1 and 2) at the Community Center, Recreation Center, or via email to rentals@rf518.com.

Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted on how to proceed. All rentals are available on a first come, first served basis.

Both Form 1 and Form 2 are required for booking.
